Folding Sack Trucks

A Sack truck is one tool that you simply cannot do without - and if you get one, your back (or the backs of your employees) will thank you for it. The term sack truck actually refers to a type of cart that is pushed by hand and is very, very useful in transporting and moving goods around in a store, warehouse, or even in your own home or garage.

The sack truck is sometimes referred to as a hand truck or trolley. It is essentially a manual device in the shape of an L used to move boxes, or bags, or sacks for example. It has handles vertically at one end which are used to steer the truck, and wheels at the bottom which allow it to be easily maneuvered.

Sack trucks are distinguished by their L-shaped design, which is fitted with wheels at the base and handles at the top to make them easy to use. Based on the weight you plan to haul regularly, purchase a sack truck. Some trucks are designed to carry bigger items, and thus have a larger and longer toe plate. Some trucks may also have thicker toe plates because they haul bigger, bulkier, or heavier items.

It is important to pay attention to the maximum weight that the truck can handle. If space is a concern, or if you plan to transport the truck, you should look for a folding truck that can be easily folded down and stored or transported to another location.
